What's the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $60. Otherwise, a flat rate of $4.50 applies to any state in the US. International shipping costs may vary.
When will I receive my products?
All orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center within 4-6 business days. After shipping, delivery typically takes 1-5 business days. If you place your order on a Monday, you should receive it by Friday that same week.
Note: During peak times, such as holiday seasons, there may be slight delays due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What's your refund policy?
If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly ship a new one to you or issue a full refund. Please refer to our refund policy in the footer of the page. If you need to cancel a non-subscription order before it’s shipped, you’ll be issued a full refund. Subscription cancellations follow the policy outlined in the subscription section of our footer.
How can I cancel my order?

What is your subscription cancellation policy?
